30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription to ADOMAH MILES, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to manage your order and request a refund directly through Paddle, or
  2. Email us at support@adomahmiles.com with your order details and we will help you get it processed.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis (for example, billing errors or service issues). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and you will not be billed again.
