These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ADOMAH MILES (the "Service"), operated by ADOMAH PRODUCTIONS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ADOMAH MILES helps individuals and businesses track vehicle mileage using GPS, classify trips, and export tax-ready mileage logs. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice; you are responsible for verifying that exported records meet your tax authority's requirements.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive manner.
  • Send spam, malware, or content that infringes others' intellectual property.
  • Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
  • Circumvent usage limits, share paid accounts, or resell the Service without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions, payment & billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, tax, currency conversion, invoicing, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account Settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by ADOMAH PRODUCTIONS and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased. You may not copy, modify, resell, or create derivative works from the Service.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the trip, vehicle, and profile data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.

7. Service availability & warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that GPS accuracy will meet any particular standard. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost tax deductions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period as described in the Privacy Notice.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
